Pisces man, Gem female, long distance relationship

So basically, I posted an ad, just for someone to talk to. platonicly. I'm currently engaged. (he's involved with someone too) I've already decided what I'm going to do with that...but when I was unsure, I posted an ad to just talk about it with someone, and maybe get some advice. I got a response from this pisces man, we hit it off great. It just started out talking normally, and then suddenly we were making a deeper connection, and things started to bloom. There's a really, good, intimate, special connection there. As a gemini woman, you probably know that I'm a super logical person. I normally even think about my emotions logically, but this is all feeling and I've never had that, ever. I'm pretty lucky in the sense that I know that he needs much attention, which I love, and give it to him, and I give him his space when he needs it. My question is, do you think that we can make it long distance for awhile, and what could I do to go that extra mile to make it work? I've only been friends with a pisces male, and that blew up. hah Thank you.
