Pisces man problems

First day of work at some cookie factory today... And I was instantly targeted by some old man.

"You look like you shouldn't even be here... I cant say all that I want to say but man..." and then he shakes his head and walks off.
I'm just sitting there like, damn... what a charmer 😆. But really I kind of took it as he didn't respect me. This kind of happens to me a lot, I say nothing and mind my business and other men just seem to not respect me. Any other pisces men ever get this vibe often? It doesn't bother me much, but it is kind of a set back. I don't feel like I am ever given respect by default, whereas I respect everyone equally as human beings. I understand its just ego and all that, but it is kind of a downfall at times because it keeps me in my shell a bit. Oh well though, at least women can appreciate my sensitive baby looking face and eyes, (yeah, pretty sure thats why I get this crap once in a while) but it really has no place in the manual labor world.

I suppose I should take it as a compliment. I don't really want to look the part of a cookie factory worker... But I am already shy enough in new situations and all I could do was just stare at him blankly. One of those moments in life where you just think "did that really just happen?" The only time this happens is always via body language rather than verbally, this is the very first time someones been so blunt. But yeah I feel like the vibes I put off do not sit well with more rugged men, they view me as a child or something.

Is it specific to pisces? yes and no:

what is not specific to pisces: the fact that the man attacked you. He is just a bully and tries to assert his authority, that's not because of who you are.
What is specific to pisces: that you remained without reaction and tried to understand what was going on instead of replying. Many other people would have fight-or-fly'ed but we pisces need to understand motives before acting. Don't see that as a sign that you are weak. But don't try to understand the motives for this man's action either because you'll waste your time. That's why I said that you must learn to attack on the spot. Be ready for the next confrontation and tear him a new one. The worst that can happen is that you'll lose a shitty job.
Don't respect him because he's old, Fuck old people, he won't respect you unless you get in his face.

This ^^^ is the only issue I see in your situation here ... nothing has happened, but, because of the Piscean shadow, you think there is some kind of mass conspiracy in where you are looked upon in a bad light.

It's all in your head, of course ... nothing happened at your work for you to make such a mountain out of ... though being a Pisces, you will build this mountain every fucking time.

I once had an old Pisces guy try to talk shit to me on the job site. I chased that sumbitch up a scissor lift and he wouldn't come down until the super responded.

I think he meant that you don't look like you should be where you are, given your age... that you shouldn't be working there because you're young you should have more opportunities available to you other than a cookie factory.

But given it was just your first day, he doesn't know your whole story. All he sees is a young guy. Don't take it to heart.

Sensible enough ... however, the question is: Is he smart enough, and mature enough to consider a healthy outlook as to why this man made that statement. OR - is he going to continue to believe that he's been targeting for some unknown reasons, because that's what an immature person would do?

Since it was your first day, this man has no fucking clue what you doing with your life .. yet, the response above is suggesting that this man has the responsibility in just magically knowing, so therefore has the responsibility in making sense.

The bottom line is ... you WANT to be a victim. You have clearly displayed yourself as being a pretty dumb person.
