To gain our interest is by talking to us. As a Pisces man I can you that it's super hard to hook us because we always love to swim. Hooking to us is what makes us swim away for the simple fact of the matter we hate being contained. There's many ways to connect, you have to find which one works for you.

I don't mean hook in a sinister way. I don't want to 'contain' him or anything but obviously something leading to a relationship and something more serious.

Are there particular things you like and dislike. This can be something specific to you but might help give a little insight

Regardless of the sign, I believe it boils show genuine interest.

Slightly off topic but I see you're a Libra. I dated a Libra woman once and it was really nice with zero drama, although our moons matched (libra & gem moon), if that matters.
