what is a pure neptunian type?

Ive heard about this but how do you know if you are one? And what is it?

You are a Neptunian if your dominant planet is Neptune. You can find your percentages here:

Type in your info, including birth time and hit continue.
The next page will have some options. Choose "Pullen/Astrolog" tab.
There is a drop down menu that says "Please select what type of chart you want"
Choose the last option "Simple chart delineation by Walter Pullen"
Click "Click here to show chart"
Once it takes you to the page, it will be a whole page of info, scroll about 3/4th down the page until you see a chart with percentages.
These are the percentages of the planets, signs, element, and mode in your specific chart.

Also, Donna Cunningham has a "How Strong is your Neptune" test.
If you have your chart up you can use it with this test to score how strong Neptune is in your chart. She also describes what being a Neptunian is.
