So I just ran out of my anti-convulsants, and I tried to call in a refill, but there were none left on this prescription. I told the pharmacy that my neurologist called in a new prescription at least three weeks ago, and she called to let them know that I would be running out early because she upped my dosage when I was halfway through the bottle. They tried to call her office, never mind that this is a Saturday morning, because they apparently never got either of her messages. And they asked me to call her to get her to call the prescription in again, and I of course got her voice mail as well. Long story short, they won't let me get any more until Monday. It's not like this is some addictive, government-controlled drug, peeps. I could die if I go too long without it. *eye twitching*
Then I tried to call work to say I shouldn't come in this weekend because I don't want to risk having a seizure in front of them, and got a MODEM.
And that's been my morning.
