Aqua and libra

Hi guys

I met this Aqua guy online.. Or, i have met him before at nightclubs and so on, and we have sum mutual friends, but we havent really had an conversation... We wrote eachother about a month everyday. I work alot so I couldnt make the time to meet up, But Then we decided to meet up a thursday, two weeks ago. Thursday comes and he doesnt contact me. Before i went to sleep i just had to ask him, couldnt get it out of my head "whyyyy....lol
So he came up with a lame excuse i Think. He Said that he was out the Night before and he was broke, But was too embarrased to tell me.. I was thinking to myself "ok even if it was a Lie, he made a fool out of him self, just to make up such a excuse"..... I was out that weekend and he kept texting me, where are you. I wanna see you bla bla. But i didnt see the texts before i was in the cap on my Way Home.... Anywaysss... The Day After he asks me to a date with him again, and i say ok thursday (i get off early from work that Day) :-P ... Thursday comes and he texts me "pls dont hate me But i Cant make it, sorry".. And i texted back "i dont hate you, i dont even know you, and im not sure i want to know someone like you After this".. And he texts me, "that was the worst thing you could ever say to me. But you are right tho, its only a fool that Will go on a date with someone Who cancelled twice". At that moment i just felt like he was fake! Even tho he was right. But he has been so eager for so long and All of a sudden, hes like this :S . I felt like he Said that only to get rid of me.

I met him on my Way to dinner with my girls saturday Night, he didnt say hi and neither did i..
What do you guys think— Is this normal Aqua male behaviour—
