are Opposite Moons doomed ?

I have read that people with oppostie moons can be attracted to eachother , but what is it like to maintain a long term relationship with opposite moons in synastry ? difficult at best or a good balance ?

I don't think you are doomed and some astrologers say any moon-moon aspect is good in synastry, at least your hearts in it. I would also think it depends on the signs involved and their willingness to accept each others differences, I think it could work. If both your needs are being met then I think it could work, and you have to look at other aspects too.

My moon is Capricorn and my exhusband had a Cancer moon. It worked for years. However, he drove me nuts! He was too emotional for me and I was too cold for him. When he was sick, he was clingy - wanted me to sit and stroke his hair. Ugh! I had better things to do, kids to raise, supper to cook - I didn't have time for that whiny stuff. I cared about him, and would take care of him, but he would be demanding of my attention.

Long term, it didn't work.
