Can leo and virgo be a happy pair?

Can we?Iknow some websites I visted say we are compatible and some say were totall opposites.Virgo's seem to intrigue me.

My best friend is a Leo and she was involved with a Virgo for a little while. It was a disaster. They woudn't listen to each other and were stubborn. They ended up hating eachothers guts in the wost way. It was ugly. There were other factors involved and everyone is different. You shouldnt worry about signs. If you're interessted in someone, go for it :-)
