Have any of you dated someone with difficult 12th house aspects? If so what were your experiences?

I ask because my girlfriend has a scorpio saturn in the 12th and pluto in libra in the 12th. Also a north node in cancer in the 8th house. I know that the 12th involves solitude which doesn't always bode well for relationships. This is our second go around and while it's intense, both times we've been together have been together it's been filled with restrictions.

I'd love to hear all of your perspectives about dating with 12th house stuff, whether for you personally or the person you were dating.

Did you want a general gist of what it's like to have planets aspect your 12th House placements?

Yeah if you have 12th house placements I want to hear about difficulties you faced in relationships. They don't have to be intimate one's either. It can be family and friends too.

I have none so I have no idea what it's like. I'm hoping that by hearing everyone elses experiences I can get insight to the shite my s/o is going through.

The kind of shit that prevents you from being able to sustain a relationship. Whether it's internal or external.

I have Saturn in Taurus in the 12th house. It forms difficult aspects with several things in my chart. It's conjunct my ascendant and opposite my sun, Venus and Jupiter.

What Ellesbelles wrote applies to me too.

Venus, mars and Uranus in the 12th house.

When in a relationship with me, you need to be independent. I'm always there but I also like to spend time alone.

I like to know you have a life outside of me and I want to hear about it.

I don't want to be smothered by it, I want to see, hear from a distance....and I don't want to smother you either.

Solitude recharges me. You are not the reason for needing solitude. I just need it....like water.

Never take it personal and please do not pry.

This is very helpful. Thank you!
