Heard females tend to be more like their moon sign

So as I begin to learn more and more about this scorpio boy I'm feeling this need to pull away and not keep see him. Even on fb I'm afraid to be online when he's online. My moon's in scorpio so I was wondering if this had something to do with why I'm feeling so anxious and want to pull away.

Or maybe it's the fact that I'm worried I'll get hurt again because I've been in situations where I've been hurt.

Thoughts on females and moon signs?

i have heard this 2. My moon sign is fixed and in conjunct with my sun, both in the 5th house. so i can be very much like my moon sign. but ive always felt very saggi like. unless my emotion are involved.

Funny, but when im around my scorp and am very scorpion. i suspect EVERYBODY! LOL

oh. i thought i read it was the opposite (his moon conjunct her sun) but that's cool too. i have a virgo moon. before my cancer bf and i got together this one virguy and i had been scoping each other out hardcore. we're finally friends now. so, even though i have no plans of infidelity on my mind, if things don't work out between my cancer and i then i suppose i have a good back-up 😛

@ninjamu (his moon conjunct her sun) how do you figure that out, I am still new to this horoscope stuff but I am learning about myself and my ideal partner.

That's interesting about dating guys the sun the same as your moon. I've never dated a scorpio before and not sure if this thing with the scorpio will continue, but I've enjoyed the time with him none-the-less. I'd like to know if the sun with moon thing is really true tho o.o

i can honestly say that a scorpio sun dating a scorpio moon is very interesting. i cant really say that its been a walk in the park.

I'm a Leo moon and it shows

Women have always been connected with the moon. Waxing and waning with power, our cycles, flow. Puller of tides, bringers of life. Hippeh, dippeh, trippeh. And wonderful.

i don't really know, though. maybe i am more like my moon.

i'm a leo sun with a virgo moon. while i get along with pretty much everyone, i have posted on these boards numerous times about how i'm not deeply compatible with fire and air signs. other leo sun females tend to annoy me if too much time is spent in their presence. i like them, and i can relate, but they're far too impulsive and loud for my taste. they tend to love attention so much that they seem to go to great and obnoxious lengths to get it. i'm actually very low key. low profile, behind-the-scenes type.

don't get me wrong... i am a stage performer (not stripper 😛) and am heavily involved in the entertainment industry. so that flair, that fire, is very strong within me but i'm also practical and react more logically to situations than my fellow lions who are prone to immediate emotional outbursts. i used to be more typically leonine when i was a kid but i have turned into something almost entirely different.

i see qualities of my whole chart come into play at times. i have an aqua rising and that weirdo, quirkiness is definitely prevalent when i encounter the public. it often shows in my style of dress. when they strike up a conversation they will see my other elements come out. however, when people really get to know me they will see that virgoan part of me (i also have virgo mercury so i communicate like one as well). i'm not sure if it's a natural leo tendency to not have the ability to bullshit for long and engage in mindless chatter. mental stimulation is so important to me in my relationships with others. i get bored quick if we can't engage in deep, meaningful conversation at least half the time. i notice that when i talk with other leos they are usually bright, intelligent creatures that love to dig deep but they pretty much NEVER initiate it.

Dang am I really that vengeful? *thinks* *Shrugs* erm...maybe so...

I mean I will admit I don't like it when I lose control of a situation, and I feel the need to get back at people if they do me wrong because I want to hurt those who hurt me. Idk tho...I'm pretty chillax most of the time. Getting back at people has become more of a sport now than anything, something I do when I have the time and energy and want to show someone I am the dominant female. But I'm often too lazy for such things -.-

I relate to my Pisces Sun most, but if I had to choose between Scorp moon and Cancer rising, it would be the Cancer rising.

I do get the flighty/scatty aspects of it, I get seriously bored very quickly and have the attention span of a goldfish.

The air in me usually finds it pretty easy to detach too, although a Scorpio has tested that somewhat recently.

I have a LOT of Libra in my chart, and this is what I love most about my libra influence. The ability to detach when it's needed.

Otherwise I would be a mess with my scorp sun (fixed) and cancer moon (clingy) but the Libras bring me balance. 🙂

I definitely feel more air than water - in fact the only water in my chart is my sun sign Pisces.

My moon is in taurus and like you all said sometimes when I read the description of a taurus it describes me to a T, but with having my sun is scorp and moon in taurus I can be very stubborn and stuck in my ways. Also I did my chart I only have 3 placements of water but I mostly fire..... I am lucky I am mostly fire to help with my slow taurus moon and my always over analyzing scorp sun.

Scorps tough on me too. Right now it's really weighing in on me. Idk if it's the weather or what, but I've been really emotional lately. Even to the point where I'm slightly revealing weakness. Ugh make it go away!

Can someone tell me why this combo works so well for us when everyone says the Gem/Scorp combo sucks?

Me: Gemini sun, Scorpio rising, Pisces moon

Him: Scorpio sun, Gemini rising, Scorpio moon

My moon is compatible with his sun, but not the other way around(which is they way I thought it was supposed to be).

Thank you so much, Iceprincess! I'm not great at reading synastry charts, but it looks like those particular aspects don't match. It must be the harmonious moons, or other things lying deeper in the chart. I also wonder if it has something to do with our acendants being the same as the other's sun.

Also google 'ascendant conjunct sun'...idk if your aspects are exactly conjunction, but nonetheless...it is good. the sun person kind of 'looks up to' the ascendant person...similar to when you have a moon/sun conjunction. google this synastry to read more ok. but that is why you guys get better than the average gemini/scorp couple.

I am a scorpio sun with a cancer moon and at times, I do feel a lot like a cancer. (moody, nurturing, emotional etc) I'm a bit softer around the edges than other scorpio women.. it takes a LOT to provoke me, whereas other scorpio women I know are more confrontational than I am.

cancer moons or cancer risings..internalize theie emotions until they explode!

happykitsune, I am no expert but I'm reasonably certain that it is definitely not your Scorpio placements that are causing you to pull away and/or slow down. Generally, when a Scorp is attracted to someone, the opposite is true. We fight feelings of excitement and fascination toward the object of their desire. We tend to become consumed with thoughts about our partner and become information junkies - always trying to glean new info about every aspect of their lives. As long as we are attracted and interested, we are relentless in scouring astrogoly books and sites, or striking up conversations with your 3rd grade teacher and your Great Aunt Mildred for more puzzle pieces.

I think it may be your Cap in Venus that is creating the tension and wanting to slow things way down.

If it's true that we should date a guy who's sun sign is the same as your moon sign, then I can't see that happening anytime soon. It seems like scorpio is the one sign I haven't dated/can never get lol.
