Libra Sun, Aries Moon, Gem Mars and Libra Venus man

there's this guy I was in a few months relationship with, the beginning was lovely but towards the end, he didn't bother to spend time with me on Valentine days. I was going through rough times, he only called and never asked if I needed him to come see me..

I told him how i feel, he told me to stop being sensitive and if I wanted to be with him, I need to forget about this asap !

So I broke up with him, but gave him another chance last Monday. But ended it with him again as I believe it's the right thing to do, ( tried to call him on Friday, went straight to voicemail, didn't bother to call me or text me back the next day).I called him on the phone and he said he wanted to discuss in person not on the phone, so I said ok. He dragged it out until Sunday night and called me asking how I am, and wanted to come talk to me. I asked for my things back when he's coming over. I said come over in an hour or two, he agreed and will let me know. He never came or bother to send me a message, So I blocked him now. I don't want to play games with him anymore.

Is this typical Libra how they act ? being indecisive?
