In my experience when my mars (sag) is trine with the guys Venus. That’s that forbidden fruit, I’ve got to have you type of attraction lol
I have an aries mars and I've dated till now 3 ladies with an aries venus. And that number will only grow with time I'm sure about that.
So yes, I fully agree with you regarding mars x venus attraction.

Lets say 4 squares aspects involving outer planets and 5 oppositions but the rest are conjunctions, sextiles, and trines.
I hear Sun Conjunct Moon practically guarantees that the people involved are meant to be together and if you have another harmonious aspect like Venus trine Venus, it is as strong as it gets.
Can compatibility work out if there are squares and opposition
