Will the Month of October change in the planets,

help me with my difficult and confused cancer?
hi ive been suffering grave communication problems with my cancer, a spiristualist friend told me he will be more prone to come if he says he is coming over more now, than last month. that his sun sign to sag sun sign was at a bad angle, that in oct in teh beg. months it wpould get better, i would actually see him, but communication would still be not so good, that woudl get better after mid oct. he has a lot of deep deep emotional conflicst from within, and deep outer conflicst with family, the law etc.. trying to readj, after being away. Do you think thise oct palnet change will help him to come to me, or at least call and talk as my friend suggests? Or what can i expect or not expect from him if anything this month, havent spoken to him in weeks, after he broked his promise yet again to come and see me..
