North nodes tend to show your life paths and when they are sextile in synastry, you guys can help to move ahead by being around each other. Eg. He needs to get a job and you know someone who could refer him to a particular position in a company? But sextiles aren't as strong as trines, the aspects comes​ in play with some extra effort.And consider the houses involved.

The example is a random one, apply the houses that involved to get a better idea. Also sextikes are "weak" aspects and their effects wont be as strong as a conjunction or even a trine.

Oh okay I see, we do help each other out a lot especially professionally! thank you! Also my ascendant conducts his north node, that's not a weak aspect, so what does that mean?
