To a point, yeah.

Figure out your dealbreakers before you get into a relationship, and always discuss shit before you make things legit. I think way too many people do not do this and always assume that they are in a relationship with someone who is on their wavelength when they really aren't, because hormones are a bitch.

I would never want my SO to compromise in a topic where she excel in and vice versa. As a Libra communication and give and take would rarely have a problem sharing leadership roles to help the unit as 1 strong force.

without compromise what would the relationship be? 2 seperate lives in a stale mate?

I think a relationship takes a lot of compromise, just like libra above said, its give and take. im quick to leave a relationship where the only willing to ever compromise is myself, just leads to resentment. when my partner compromises even the smallest things it makes me adore them that much more.

No, compromise just backfires.

As was said I've had better outcomes just pushing myself to be accommodating, it feels better when both get what they want. Just takes time and consideration to get there.

How do you know? Do you have or ever had successful relashionships?

Have you?
