i've been dating a leo guy for two and a half month. week before last he found out at a staff meeting that none of the teachers at the small school where he teaches are guaranteed a job for next year. as a result of this, he is taking a step back but very clearly said it is not goodbye. he also said his last two relationships ended because he had to move out of town and got hurt so he is concerned to move forward since he does not hold himself well emotionally while in limbo. it's been several days since this conversation, and as expected i haven't heard from him (used to hear from him daily and see him 1-3 times a week). curious if there are any male leos out there who might have some words of encouragement for me? or advice. i have no plans of reaching out to him. it's my personality to just give the space and wait...
