But then, doesn't want to take you anyplace, huh, something about that just doesn't ring true to my ear. Matter of fact, after I thought about it for a couple of minutes I went "tilt!", "Houston, We Have A Problem!"

Right! A major problem. When a man is really interested in a woman, he is proud of her. He wants to go out with her. Unless, he is just a homebody and does not like going out period, which is obviously not the case because he DOES go out with his friends. So, we can eliminate that as a possibility. Something fishy is going on...I think....

No seriously, he is just making excuses. He said that you're too nice to guys? WTF? A guy that likes you will take you out while/with whomever is around. If he doesn't EVER take you out then that means that he could be embarrassed of you OR embarrassed to show how much he likes you around around his friends.

I think you should consider yourself lucky. Meeting the friends is just another chance for people to judge you as "Girlfriend" Who needs that?
