List the sun, venus, mars and moon signs of the one who proposed. Just curious if there's any correlation to the placements versus how romantic/creative/lame/simple/elaborate the proposal was.
No, I am not trying to get ideas! This has nothing to do with my relationship. I'm just thought it would be interesting.
Yes! Many years ago. Me (Capricorn) / He (Capricorn) - Birthdays 2 days apart. He proposed on Easter morning. He hid the ring in a plastic egg in the Easter basket he bought for me. LOL. It was clever. I don't know the much about venus, mars sign and all of that. I'm trying to figure it out.
My Gemini ex-husband just couldn't wait. The day he bought the ring, he came to my work and proposed right in the truck. At the time I thought it was cute he couldn't wait, but afterward I wish he had done it with more planning and made it special.
Oh, the Gem had a Taurus venus, Sag mars and Cancer moon.

Libra venus did it on Easter 2004 on our one year anniversary. There was nothing super romantic about it. He just sat next to me & told me how much happy I made him, etc. He then took out the ring from his pocket & asked if I would marry him...the answer was a big yes! It never happened.

Taurus venus just said 'let's get married' one mnth into the relationship ..he didn't even have a ring lol. We bought the ring the very next day, I had to choose it myself & he made the store people to watch & take photos while he went down on one knee movie style lol. Such a show off!

Yes it was. I broke off the engagement eventually. BUT it was creative. Lol.
I had an aqua propose once (not my aqua, but another one). I didn't think he was sincere because he had been drinking all day and we were out to dinner. I was "uh....uh....". He said he was just kidding and curious to what I'd do. I'm hoping he didn't even remember doing it. Not sure what his placements are except for Cap venus.

We had some very promising news to be excited about at the time so, in the entry way of a Wal-Mart, they bought one of those 25 cent plastic rings from a vending machine because it was all we could hope to afford then. Popped it on my finger with more gratuitous PDA than actual words and that was that.

I tried so hard to make it nice lol. I had this whole great big scheme planned out where I was going to make a fancy dinner and have a ridiculously expensive bottle of wine chilling, rose petals and candles everywhere, the whole nine yards. Much to my dismay though it turned out to be far more difficult to pull off than originally thought. There were so many candles that some of them kept going out before they could all be lit. Wax dripped all over the place. The curtains caught fire at one point creating a less than lovely scorched smell. I managed to burn all of my fingers at least once, and while I was busy attempting to manage the ambiance dinner ended up getting kind of crispy in the oven.
We ended up ordering Chinese take out and using the wine's ice on my hands, having a thorough laugh about the chaos while bandaging my poor fingers. I was prepared to just call it all off and try again at a later date but when asked why all the fuss, I pulled out the ring.

Can you say fire hazard ^.^? When she first got back to her place she thought someone was trying to rob her!!!! Called her mom and me and was just about to call the police!! LOOOL I had no light but candle light going with a nice new table set and formal table clothes. If I remember correctly it was a dark red table clothe for valentines day to go with this new set of black plates and bowls I had purchased for her to use that evening. Had a nice red fish dinner prepared with rice pilaf, garlic mashed potatoes, champaign, and some chocolate moose cheese cake for dessert. At the end I had this massive present for her but what she didn't know was inside of it was a smaller sized present and inside of that another and another until... She came to a box. I popped it open to reveal the Damond ring I had over heard her say she liked before in the past and got down on one knee cause I'm uncreative and old fashioned and asked her to marry me 🙂

I've been married twice, and have had a couple other serious relationships ... however, I don't believe in proposals, nor do I believe in weddings.
I believe in the concept of marriage, but, necessarily the legalities of it ... and certainly not any kind of ceremonies that are for showy attention purposes.
