Are Sagittarius difficult people to work with?

A lot of the people who have spoken to me about their work problems have a difficult Sagittarius co-worker. My mom's boss is a Sagittarius, and she makes my mom (Libra) extremely stressed. She's argumentative, stubborn, and interrupts you while you're talking. She has very little consideration for the people at her work, because she asks them to do her favors when they're busy or right when they're about to leave. She does nice things for people, and always expects things in return. She's funny, nice, sweet, and caring, but in a business setting her negative sides come out.

My aunt's manager, who's also a Sagittarius, also stresses her out a lot. She's very confrontational, blunt, outspoken, and does whatever she thinks is best. My aunt (Pisces) can be bossy, stubborn, and quarrelsome at home but she never steps up to her manager. Her manager is intimidating & always has the last word. My aunt sometimes crosses the line here at home with her attitude, but I feel like her manager humbles her because she never acts like that with her. It's funny seeing how her manager affects her personality.

I've also noticed at my school that the Sagittarius kids come off as bullies. I'm not saying that all Sagittarius are mean-spirited people, but I'm just saying that I've noticed a pattern. Do you guys think you're difficult, or do you think it's just a coincidence that I've encountered Sagittarius that are like this? I think you're all adventurous, funny, honest people; I'm just curious. Lol!

I asked some of my co-workers if they thought I was difficult and the majority said I was ok, and they didn't mind working with me.

One said she thought I was stressed out and worried a bit too much, and that caused her stress.

Various words like quiet, serious and workhorse were mentioned.

Mistakes make me angry, but I'm working on that.
