Employment Problems. Sag and Aries?

Funny it is actually..I read in my latest zodiac book that Sags and Aries were suppose to get along. I mean, this is actually my first encounter working with a Sag as my manager. and man!! Is it normal for them to be sooo damn bossy? I mean, Bossier than BOSSY. I do anything they say to keep work steady and business going? and still....it's never enough. I'm being patient with this situation.
Any suggestions? Throw her some of my frustrations as well?? haha In the mean time, I'll laugh about it...;P
