...for me to leave.

Last night I was cooking dinner when the fish came home, and she was all grumpy. After dinner, she seemed to cheer up a little and then she was dozing off on the couch during a show we were watching. On my way back to the kitchen I stopped to stroke her hair for just a second, but she just said 'no' and shooed me away like I was an annoying fly or something.

If I cared about her at all, I would have started a huge fight over that because it pissed me off. When I try to be nice to someone that is acting down, and they act mean back ... whew, SEE YA! ... fight or leave would be the only two things I could think of to do.

So this is what baffles me. She doesn't even seem to want to be touched lately. She'll go through the motions for a goodbye hug or something, but I can tell she's not even into that. Why in heavens sake does she not say anything about my staying or leaving or what she wants for our future or lack thereof?

From what I can tell, she's as done w/ the relationship as I am, but it's just weird that she won't go ahead and ask me to leave or discuss things in some way.

..I am not familiar with your relationship so if you've posted about it before, forgive me. How long have you two been together? Is there a reason she would be angry with you? She might be keeping her feelings bottled up.
