I really related to him. He wanted to go into politics but he was judged by his past and embarrassed publicly.

Because they wouldn't let him in their club, he went ballistic with retaliation. But was still loved and almost god like.

Pablo's an extreme example, and I tend to follow Winston Churchill more as a role model. Part of Pablo (and Stalin) was the place and time in which he grew, and I don't like his example because of how violent and corrupt the cartels/government were. Would I try to be Pablo Escobar today in the United States? No. But I guess I would go pretty far, depending on the nature of the situation.
