Sag Advice

Is it just me, or do all Sags have an issue with admitting their feelings to someone? Just curious. It really bothers me to admit that I have feelings for someone not necessarily for fear of rejection but for fear of being gossiped or made fun of due to me caring so deeply for someone. I just wonder if its a trait or what?

yeah i feel embarrssed usually and think talking about the stuff can be awkard. Yea I fear what ur saying too.

Yes, that is my family. They have never been loyal to anyone in the family. My mother carries and talks trash from one kid to the next about that kid. We all have to listen to the crap. But I put myself out there today and got hurt terribly! By someone I didn't think would do that at all.

Personally, I've never had a problem expressing my feelings. If I was unsure, I'd say so.

Same here. I can ALWAYS express my feelings. And if I do not take a moment (a brief moment) to think before I speak it may come across as brash, harsh, mean, etc. I do not intend it to come across that way. In fact, now as I have grown in myself, I can take a brief moment so as to not hurt anothers feelings.

I think there may be some kind of a Sag issue with the "freedom" thing - that declaring your feelings for somebody may lead them to think that they "own" you and can possess you and tie you down or something. Like in the old days at least, if a guy said to a woman that he loved her she might expect that he would marry her and thus be "tied down".

Thank you Size Zero Superhero, that is great advice. I also never bring a guy around unless its serious cause my family will actually get him aside and trash me to him. So they can run him off. Yes, they have done this.

I did take a chance and put my feelings out there for this guy, but doesn't look like it will work out. But I did take the chance and its been along time since I was willing to do that for anyone. So maybe I am evolving in some way.

If i don't like someone then its no problem to say anything about how i feel. Bit if i like the guy then its like a transparent boundary i cannot cross. Cant put my finger on it either as to why. Maybe its admitting it is a weakness and makes me vulnerable i don't know. weird lol
