Sag women and Aquarius? Dating during the beginning...

Firstly, I just want to say(as an Aquarius) I love the Sag. We get along great as there is a lot of sarcasm, friendly debates, and the conversation just seems to flow easily face to face. I have picked up on the fact that they don't seem overly involved with texting. I'm assuming this has something to do with texting perhaps invading their freedom throughout the day.. Is this correct?
Anyway, my main question is how Sagittarius feels about Aquarius? Considering both signs can appear a bit aloof to others who is meant to pursue?
She asked me out first. Am I meant to ask her out now?
I know I will make a great friend regardless of whether we become romantically involved but I am curious.

I used to go only for guys who are like 6'2 and have a build.

I think the two personalities mesh.
We always have great conversations, Aqua to me is interesting, weird (in a good way, because I'm super bored with regular!), fun, open minded about things (but still holds strong opinions)... and surprisingly sexy when they make a move (which I never expect from the get go). They're also social and usually like to drink.
I'm not saying I got along with them 100% of the time or agreed with them 100% of the time.
Usually Aquarius men like me but if they can't have me, end up "hating" me! Not sure if this is serious or not lol. '

I couldn't tell you whether it turns to hate. I generally don't have the energy for such negativity such as hating anyone. I suppose people do have their pride and ego to think of.
Do you reckon there's an amount of time I should wait before asking her out again? I am genuinely interested in getting to know her as person which doesn't really come around that often for me.
