Tips on Sag guy?

Ugh, I haven't had a crush in forever, and I just got out of a bad 3 month relationship with a Sag guy.

Now I'm head over heels deep in infatuation (nothing more at this point, I haven't known this guy long) with ANOTHER Saggi.

We met through doing music together, and now we have the same manager and are forced to be with each other for quite long periods of time, even just hanging out (as a group of artists), and I mean I just can't stop thinking about this guy he's awesome in every way and pretty much everything I TRIED to make my ex become -___-

Whatever. Anyway, they're hard to read on actual interest vs. harmless flirting, and due to the nature of his work and my own, we both haven't any time to pursue a full relationship at the moment, but I am curious if he's at all interested?

Well I'm a Gemini and that comes along with lots of conversation about the universe (he can go on forever about philosophical things), lots of humor (he's always laughing so much around me that he's gone on to start quoting me, lol), and lots of random adventures (we recently took a gig out of state together on a whim and rocked it).

He's gotten emotional in front of me very quickly talking about his family, and I feel like we're growing a little closer but it feels so agonizingly slow.

How can you tell if a Sag guy is genuinely interested in you (but for the sake of our jobs cannot move forward) or just flirting?
