Understanding the sag male

Hi ! I am an aries female and I had something weird happening with 2 different sag men and I was wondering if you could enlight me. The first one invite flirts me all week and invite me to his place, we talk about stuff, its fun, a little cuddle and we really seem to connect! The attraction was there and we resisted. We are supposed to see each other the next sunday and he never calls and he doesnt even excuse himself next time I see him at school. He got distant.

Second one works at a local store I go to a lot, one day we finally meet, he lives 5 minutes walk from my place so I go to his and we talk , it's fun, there seems to be a nice connection again he tells me he wants to see me a lot since I'm so close and fun and interesting. He tells me I'm so cute. touch my hands. When I'm leaving he really wants a kiss and I try to resist and we stay there 15 minutes before I give it because it's all playful and funny. We are supposed to see each other next sunday and when I text him to confim the day before he just say ' awww I'm suposed to see my dad sunday'. wtf ! Why would he ask me out on sunday then ? And now we don't talk.

This is so weird ! I never experienced that before. Maybe they just hoped for sex that night ?
