What is going on with him?

I met a sag guy a month ago, within 2 weeks he told me he actually thought of settling down with me (and the thought of it to him was scary). A week later we took a week long trip to New York and had a fantastic, romantic time. The sex and communication was great. I am a pis- aries cusp. We were both unsure what would happen when we got back, but had that feeling that we might not keep in touch anymore. I really want to, and think he does as well. I have text him a few times, and he text me back with short and vague responses. Can someone please tell me how to go about this situation? Should I tell him I really want to continue with this or should i let it go and hope he comes around?
