Call a shop that installs these and see if they happen to know how to do a master reset on the radio itself.

and the previous owners brother had a nice radio installed in it(satellite sirius radio) but he put a lock and password on it but forgot the password, so now its useless. was wondering if there was anyway to bypass, hack or do something else to get the passsword off. searched around online and could find nothing for this problem. please help!
