Thanks for all of your input.

The response has been nothing short of stellar.

Sorry, I'm just seeing this now. I did a hard reset on my old iPhone a couple years ago. I didn't remember the passcode so I had to connect the phone to my computer and do it directly from iTunes. I don't remember the exact steps but I found instructions online and it was pretty simple and took less than 15 minutes.

THANK YOU.

Less than 15... thats what I was looking for.

One of the guys at work still, after more than a

month's notice, has not downloaded the new

software for tracking his time because he said

he 'hasn't had time.'

I knew he was full of shit I just wanted

confirmation.

Resetting an iPhone doesn't take long but I'd suggest you create a backup, note down iOS version & baseband version before you do so. It also depends on whether your iPhone is a locked or unlocked piece (I'm mentioning this coz I don't know which iPhone model we're talking about here). Keep it mind that if you upgrade to the latest version of iOS, baseband version will get upgraded as well and it would be almost impossible to downgrade once baseband is upgraded in case you experience any issues with the latest iOS. So, it'd be better if you reinstall the same iOS version (using custom firmware) you're currently on or do a bit of research on both iOS and baseband.

Wow... thanks.

Very much appreciated.
