Posted by ymt01It takes a madman to come out this unscathed, if not stronger.
it's mysteries intriguing with such intense feeling that just a glimpse of it's beauty brings me closer and closer to it's core like a helpless house fly going to the light of a bug zapper,
only to find that this beauty can turn a Genius into a Madman
because of it's complex mysteries.

"He could breathe easier under water than he ever could on land" is my fav line. Great job 🙂

What was once a stormy sea is now tranquil, shimmering like sapphires in endless sweet water. The mystery is becoming undone, and in the light he sees only beauty.
It is a beauty unlike anything: putting the greatest songs to shame. The mere sight of it fills his soul with an understanding as magical as it is ineffable. Not even the most obscure of metaphors could give this link between the detective and his denouement justice.
It is love, for that, I am sure, and a hundred times more than when he first uttered it. For, what was once an elusive feeling (a feeling strong enough to make the detective willing to drown) is now a cerebral epiphany. He can breathe easier under water than he ever could on land, and that is where he wants to stay--forever.
It is their demesne, no longer labyrinthine in its nature. One may even call it home.
