anyone good with degrees? aries moon or taurus moon?

Me and a friend of mines are into astrology and she's been telling me since my moon is 1 degree in taurus im actually a Aries mooner..I told her she's full of sheete but ive been curious to find out if theres some truth to it..ive googled degrees and I cant find anything to answer my question..Anyone has any knowledge of how degrees actually work? Does my friend have a point? I love my bull moon lol

Well if you have 1-9 degrees and the sign next to it is higher you maybe dominant in either, actions, words, thoughts, etc.

hahaha yea I know ima bull mooner...My friend swears that i have some aries moon tendencies and she keeps going back to my moon being at 1 degree. I guess what im really asking is A) is degrees really that important and B) Can one still be affected by the previous sign. but yea, I dont want any other moon but my bull moon, unaspected and all

oh geez...those rocks ( chiron, vesta, fortune, etc) or whatever they are ive never, ever focused on them, I dont know anything about them..I didnt think they mattered..im not sure if they do....I have Aries in fortune too btw lol...
