I think the missiles were built to carry Nuc's, so maybe thats a clear warning, idk i'm not an expert.
I am starting to feel like this doesn't much to do with Biden, just that maybe he might feel like everybody will get what they deserves, and that's why he's been so happy lately.

It wasn't really an ICBM, but a intermediate range missile (RS 26, 5800 km range) that can still carry multiple warheads (MIRV).
Saw a video of the strike, and for all the jokes the warmongers make about Russian capabilities, those multiple strikes looked pretty damned accurate.
5800 km might be more of a message to countries egging things on from the rear (England and France).
But you're spot on about what was fired from Ukraine--it wasn't Ukranians providing telemetry.
And I don't think its Biden calling the shots.

I'm not gonna claim that it's stupidly easy either, but it wouldn't surprise me if it were more of a coordinates thing.

All I know is that the people who seem to know about this kind of stuff, have said that we are the only ones trained to do this. But if that were true, do you think NPR would tell you that?
I listened to NPR my whole adult life, and I don't think they would.

Ukraine doesn't have the tech or skills to use them? It uses or can use GPS guided missiles. I don't know if this is some overly complicated thing that none of them can do or be told how to. I'm not gonna claim that it's stupidly easy either, but it wouldn't surprise me if it were more of a coordinates thing.
Putin has talked about them being a Nuclear nation more than once or twice. It's boring. Again, not saying that it should be ignored or not taken seriously, but it's clear that he likes to talk about it. What would he have to rule or make Russia if everything/one is gone? ICBMs are indeed generally made for Nukes, although they can be used for other kinds of weaponry.

I don't think it will go to ww3. As much as I dislike trump, he has the ability to work with nasty powers like Russia and North Korea. Claim: NATO promised Russia it would not expand after the Cold War
Fact: Such an agreement was never made. NATO’s door has been open to new members since it was founded in 1949 – and that has never changed. This “Open Door Policy” is enshrined in Article 10 of NATO’s founding treaty, which says “any other European State in a position to further the principles of this Treaty and to contribute to the security of the North Atlantic” can apply for membership. Decisions on membership are taken by consensus among all Allies. No treaty signed by the United States, Europe and Russia included provisions on NATO membership.
The idea of NATO expansion beyond a united Germany was not on the agenda in 1989, particularly as the Warsaw Pact still existed. This was confirmed by Mikhail Gorbachev in an interview in 2014: "The topic of 'NATO expansion' was not discussed at all, and it wasn't brought up in those years. I say this with full responsibility. Not a single Eastern European country raised the issue, not even after the Warsaw Pact ceased to exist in 1991. Western leaders didn't bring it up, either."
Declassified White House transcripts also reveal that, in 1997, Bill Clinton consistently refused Boris Yeltsin's offer of a 'gentlemen's agreement' that no former Soviet Republics would enter NATO: "I can't make commitments on behalf of NATO, and I'm not going to be in the position myself of vetoing NATO expansion with respect to any country, much less letting you or anyone else do so…NATO operates by consensus."
