yup, taurus and scorpio. Almost exactly 6 months apart. Everytime I want to be positive or even try something new, she sends her dark clouds my way.

i don't think this is a scorpio issue. she's just a negative person and you have to cut those people out like cancer.
the kind of 'friendship' you describe shows her as being jealous and manipulative and people only behave that way when they feel threatened by the person they direct it at. i would not personally form a 'friendship' with such person as to feel jealous of them for me is a completely negative emotion. i know scorps are famous for their jealousy but nearly all signs have jealousy issues in some way or another and it's more about whether you are a negative or a positive person as to whether you indulge these traits or not.
