the kind of 'friendship' you describe shows her as being jealous and manipulative and people only behave that way when they feel threatened by the person they direct it at. i would not personally form a 'friendship' with such person as to feel jealous of them for me is a completely negative emotion. i know scorps are famous for their jealousy but nearly all signs have jealousy issues in some way or another and it's more about whether you are a negative or a positive person as to whether you indulge these traits or not.
