Cold, then hot,then cold?

I wrote about this same scorpio earlier. Is it normal for them to be hot then cold. This scorpio will see me and walk right past me, then he'll come down my row a couple times and not say anything then he'll say something. We don't go a day without talking(we actually have the same class again!!!!) (: he's always teasing too. Sometimes when i talk it looks like he's not paying me any mind but then he'll bring it up later and tease me about it. He said he missed me.again then when I said I missed him he's like "awwwwwwww" lol. So how do I make my move, is this hot/ cold thing to see if I notice or if I will talk to him?

He is probably to play it cool but it comes across as him being cold. He is probably afraid of rejection and over analyzing the situation assessing whether you like him or not. I think he will probably make a move when he is sure you like him.
