Just kidding ..that would depend on how much he knows you and how long you've been together..it takes a lot for anyone to say that.Those would be the words of someone who Loves you.

8 years. Both married forever with grown up kids.

Kept apart but still coming together.

Last years plain platonically and this is when he

said he does love me. I knew but it's a Scorp you

know! Yesterday we had exchanged fully dressed pictures and spent day on the phone.

He said he can't take his eyes off of me.

I said a lot of stupid stuff all good and then he said he loves me and believe my every word since we've met...8 years ago.

No, it doesn't. We are honest people. I have no problem saying I love you when I can feel the love I have for the person in my heart.

I just read on this board that Scorpios can love you as deeply as they can but verbalizing it hard for you guys.
