Yeah, I guess smilies are an important part of social-skills over the internet.
I wonder if there's a correlation between the amount of smilies used and a person's real-life social-skills/emotional intelligence?
I've heard that some research found that women are more likely to use smilies, and they're also better than men(generally) in the social-skills/eq category...

to post more and more ...to every thread.. becoming the Morphus of DXP.. without spot or blemish.. aiding those in need and setting those who are in bondage, free from the slavery of a bad relationship with someone who doesn't like you all that much... while having NO life or love to call my own... (sike, i'm playin') .. okay who says sike anymore.. what happened to that term? I used to use it back in the day... I am thinking about bringing it back...
