Feel like my Scorpio ex and I were meant to be, but why doesn't he feel the same?

Im a Virgo sun with a Pisces moon, he's a Scorpio sun with a Sag moon i believe.

I really feel like we were meant to be together... I have never felt like that with anybody else and he said he hadn't either. We spoke about marriage, kids and everything and all he would do all the time was say how much he loved me and couldn't wait for a future with me. Everyone said our chemistry was almost tangible between us and we lit up the room for one another.

Why would he then cheat on me and leave me completely out of the blue?

It's been a year and three quarters since we broke up, why can't I let go of these feelings for him?

is he still with the person he cheated on you with? scorpios are complicated and can get intimidated by relationships and being venerable. have you talked since?

No, I genuinely don't understand. We didn't argue and we weren't having any problems. Even a couple of hours before he cheated he was getting emotional and gushing about how much he loved me.

I know it sux and it really truly does but sometimes we dont get the closure, the answers to the questions we have, but we still have to move on. He cheated on you and he left, now you need to meditate, pray, see a therapist, journal, do something that allows your heart and mind to move on. This man wasn't the "one" - the "one" for you, won't cheat and leave and the longer you stare at this closed door, the longer it will take to actually meet the "one".

Maybe he thought he was in love, and maybe he meant the things he said when he did feel them, but he doesn't anymore. Thing is saying I love you isn't a forever commitment, but what is? All he gave you was words, just words, those are easy.

You gotta snap out of it, he isn't the one, sorry, you're not meant to be like you think, you can't screw up the REAL thing with the RIGHT man. The one wouldn't do that to you, you must know that.

Now everyone have to re-learn? Though it is my total agreement with you - love isn't forever. But one can hope...

When I ask mine permission to ask a stupid question he says 'yes I love you, would you quit it already? Do you think I will change my mind?'

I said 'yeahhh...people do...so I want to make sure...'

He says 'you aren't with those people so...'

And I stupidly trust him! Hoping and praying. ?

Any sign can cheat, but as a scorpio, i would just advice you to leave him alone and move on. Sounds painful. As scorpios, we generally DON'T cheat. So, that means that he was not that into you or he is not a good person. Both reasons are sufficient for you to make note and run for the hills.
