HELL YEA cancerlady,
I just experience a major emotional breakdown, self-pity party and through it all I still manage to go out and Party I just did not talk to many people and I told all my friends what I was going through and told them to leave me alone I want to be miserable by myself. I think we need to reconize and then act accrodingly and I find that if we make people aware then they will not get on our nerves.

Yeah I get all emotional and then I scold myself then I am fine again...luckily I don't suffer from cramps or any other pain..just really bad moods...
funny enuff but i suffer from nuthin' wen aunt flo visitz me... itz juz like n e other day.... i think wen u work out n especially practice YOGA.. that really helpz 2 keep ur body in balance... i have neva had mood swingz or crampz either.... so i neva complain really 🙂

defintely, especially with my boyfriend, we argue alot when im on my rags but he understands and he handles it well.he just lets me blow off steam and then he calms me down.he also notices that i get down on myself and think he'd rather be with someone else but its only when its that time of the month! its weird
lover...I am exactly that way! It's horrible. IT's as though I am a completly different person for a week out of every month.

Im SO glad im not the only one LOL because i can get so grumpy and i hate it but i dont know how to control it it sucks
