Not I. As a general rule of thumb, I don't like a lot of attention period. Never been a spotlight kind of gal (not that there's anything wrong with those who seek it). I'd much rather be the "casual observer". 😉

I don't announce or remind others of my b-day unless they ask. Nonetheless, I do hope for those nearest and dearest to me to at least acknowledge my presence in their lives on my birthday. Nothing fancy, a simple phone call is enough to put a smile on my face. 🙂

I don't like the attention either, it's nice to have sometimes, my sisters always does something for me on my b-day last time it was dinner and dancing and the lead singer sang happy birthday to me and I just sat there very reserved saying to my self I be glad with this is over.

Yuppers, I gotta agree. I don't like to have attention drawn to me. Subtle, not overbearing.

sorry so late but yes. However, it must be SINCERE and from those who really give a shit. If it's insincere...keep it and we won't be hurt.
