Help understanding a Scorpio!

I need some help here. I am a Pisces. Went out 2 weeks ago with a Scorpio who I met online. I had pegged him to be somewhat of a man of few words but that is OK.with me. We had what I think was the best first date I have ever had....the conversation flowed easily, we spent a few hours walking and talking, he held my hand, and at the end of the night, he did kiss me, in a way that definitely left me wanting more. We both acknowledged that we have some big challenges with our schedules until the end of November, but I let him lead the way and ask what is next. I told him that I thought the night had literally been perfect and that i would love to see him again. To which he responded, "definitely" and kissed me again. Fast forward 2 weeks...I hear from him about every 4 days at random intervals, "good morning" or a pic of something interesting he has seen that day. We've spoken on the phone once, (he texted and asked if he could call me) for over an hour until I had to end the call. That conversation seemed fine as well. I texted him prior to that phone call telling him I had some unexpected free time this weekend but he did not mention it at all when spoke. Last night, not having heard from him at all since Monday, I texted him a cheery, hi, hope your week went fast, and a couple snippets about what I have lined up with my kids for the weekend. No response last night, but this morning I got the same text he's sent about 8 times, "good morning". I have no idea what to make of this guy other than....he makes me extremely hot and bothered and it is driving me insane that I can't read his intentions! I am casually dating two other guys who I would drop in a minute if I had a clear picture of where this Scorp is at!! Any insight?

I guess what I mean is....I like him enough that if I knew he was interested, I would like to focus my time on getting to know him.

Because....I don't want to spend a lot of time chasing my tail if he is not interested?? Seems like a no-brainer to me.

A lot of guys will send out the good morning message to a bunch of different girls to see who answers. The guy knows the ones who do are available should they be looking for a date. It's a numbers game. I'd drop him. That actually might make him interested.

How does one distinguish the difference between the numbers game good morning and the sincere good morning?

Is it if you're name is attached at the end, whether it's every morning or not every morning?

Good morning messages are great, no doubt, but if it's not personalized with your name, it could be going to anyone. And don't rely on pet names to be considered personalized. The Scorp called me Princess but he also called his other women that. Or things like baby, sunshine, etc. These names are designed to make us feel special, when in reality guys use them on everyone.

Secondly, if he texts and you text back and he either doesn't respond at all or responds with a short text and doesn't engage, it's not a good sign.

I can tell you right now as a Scorpio if I'm attracted to someone yes I will be relentless in my pursuit if not it'll be less than 50% . My actions will show and you will feel it like the other poster stated I will leave no doubts.

Yes I understand the standard operating procedure. Thank you for sharing. I get irritated when someone texts me everyday after awhile. Makes me feel smothered. So will I forever be single or getting played?

Nope, you'll know the right one when they come along. They will want to be with you and let you know it and it will be easy.

Then they aren't the right ones, lol. You need to find someone who gets that you need space. I need space and drop guys who smother me. It took me 3 years, but I think I've found someone who compliments my moods and personality.

Don't focus on him...keep dating the other guys.

If he really wants you to be focused on him...you will know. He will make it known.

He's a man. If he is interested. Let him show it.

You've already showed definite signs of interest. Let him reciprocate.

If he doesn't....you have your answer.

Hey OP,

He's not interested in anything serious. There wouldn't be a doubt in your mind if he were interested, Scorpio men are pretty intense and determined when they want you... They don't let you out of their sight.

Also, those morning texts seem like a cookie-cutter habit. Probably sends the same message to other girls as well or maybe just you, but it doesn't sound like it comes from the heart. It sounds like it's done to just do the minimum.

If I were you, I wouldn't take him seriously or get any emotions invested.

If you're unsure of whether a scorpio likes you, then he or she probably doesn't. We let our interests immediately know.

All the Scorp males I have come across will let you know from the beginning if they're into u or not. I wouldn't give this guy anymore than he's giving u

Scorpios are good detectives, many usually play for keeps. If he realizes that he's a third wheel, that's likely the the reason for him being distant if he's on to your game. Although I've known Scorpio guy friends that have been players like you wouldn't believe. One was with a Scorpio girl that loved him so much she had his NAME tattooed on across her chest! He was playing her like a fiddle though, even heard him telling another girl on the phone he had no girlfriend though I knew they were still together. So just a couple of scenarios there.
