help with scorpio man

hello,

I'm a taurus woman, had been in an intense relationship with a scorpio man for 4 years, there was a secret drug addiction hidden from me for sometime , has been hard to get through since that happened, and it was rocky, i was trying my best but kind of was blocking him out emotionally because i didn't know how to handle it, so had to take a 2 month break on my own to think about all that had happened, felt betrayed lied too etc. He is now clean but going through some work stuff as a result of the addiction, i have come back from being away, and he is refusing to pick up my calls, he has however sent me a message saying he needs time to think about all that has happened and will talk to me when its possible.

Im feeling stonewalled but I'm guessing this is scorpios way to process? leave him be and wait till he's ready? i really want to try again !

Any advice?

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but if you walked away from him when he was in a time of need you probably won't be coming back from it. He should have certainly found a way to talk to you about the drug abuse (I'm sure the feeling of shame was overwhelming for him) but as a Scorp myself I would have felt utterly destroyed that you walked away. I hope you find a way to work it out, he at least reached back out, you wouldn't have heard from me.

Scorps don't like "breaks."

In my mind at least, a break is the beginning of the end.

thank you for everyone's advice,

it's a hard time to get through. I understand he is needing to spend time on his own to process,

i know scorpios dont like breaks , but he knew i was going to take time for myself i was just at the end of my tether after all that had come up. Addiction is frightening, i have stayed with for just over a year after he got out of rehab, its been difficult to adjust , i just needed to breath.

i had my space so i guess he needs his now, i will respect that, i will wait to hear from him and try not to contact him. Its just so hard to know what is going on his mind.
