I thought I had posted but...what I was asking is if Scorpio lost an interest will he still be as nice and caring just not to hurt feelings of the once loved partner or will he try to end it? Which is what people do naturally when flame is gone?

About wanting to be with me...he does but we aren't 25 anymore. Burning bridges is not an option as of yet. It takes time at our age. Even you youngsters are dating for years and living together and then break up! Without baggage.
Having a heavy load on your hands makes it harder a lot. So we need to overcome a lot of things and all of them are living breathing and loving...so time will tell.

Happens all the time. Way of the world. Nature of dating, I suppose. I see it all of the time. Some men say it and it means nothing. But I believe if you FEEL they mean it, they do. And from my experiences with Scorpio, somehow you just KNOW how they mean it, whether platonic or romantic and SOMEHOW, they have some sort of feeling radar that lets them know how you take it. The real question here is, will it ever be said again?
In my particular case, I think I took it the wrong way and (due to selfishness) I wanted it to mean more. Now, when he says it, it is not directed towards me, but the group... I see that as I took it the wrong way and by not saying it back, he realized what I thought. Now he doesn't want to give any further romantic thoughts to my mind.
Scorps seem to know the game of chess as it pertains to romantic love better than most. He freaked me out. That is not something you say to a married woman. Platonic or not.
