I Blew It! (Damnit!!!)

That darn Scorpio guy! He tricked me last night into telling my age. The way he did it was so sneaky too 😛 No wonder he's a policeman!

This is what happened last night:

Him: ?I need to lose weight. Maybe if I start drinking, I will feel thinner.?

Me: ?Hahaha, just don't drink too much.?

Him: ?Well, there's a problem.?

Me: ?What's that??

Him: (He laughs) ?I haven't drunk anything in almost 30 years, so I'm afraid that start? *** He's 29 ***

Me: Really— (I laugh ? I'm such a giggle box), don't worry; I haven't drunk anything in 22 years.

Him: ?Liar ?. ***His eyes get big ***

Me: ?No, I'm serious ?. Oops? ? this is when I realized that I screwed up :O

He knows my real age now, I had him under the impression that I was a little older 😢 oh phew ;-;


He refuse to date the saggie girl because of her age (and other things) -- she's 21.

Oh well, I think I blew that one right out of the water -- I can't believe I fell for that :O!

Okay, here's the deal. My supervisor and him speak regularly because they are good friends. She tells me that he wants a girl closer to his age because of maturity reasons -- haha, although he can be a goof ball himself. He thought that Saggie girl was a bit too much for him.

He and I have developed a bit of a "buddy" relationship too, but the only diffrence os that I find him (mostly his personality) very attractive ... but I have no idea what he thinks about me 😢

I dont think you blew it. Just give it time. Im sure he sees a difference between you and the Sag girl.

Haha, it was just a subject we were on at the time. I worked out after work becauase I've been eating way too much fastfood -- 😄 I went back to work to pick up my clothes and we started talking about how he needed a workout partner ... 😛 He asked me but I don't know if he was joking or not.

Why would you want to be with him?

It sounds to me as though you are believing and being told that you should wait it out and let him decide whether you are right, or the age is right .. enough for you to be happy with him.

If he counts years .. he likely keeps score, also.
Love is a battleground, especially when a person determines the depth of the love by keeping score .. see who is winning.

I have a difficult time understanding people sometimes and what motivates them in their life ..

I think you're beautiful .. don't you? Law of Attraction dictates that we bring to ourselves what we feel and think .. if you believe you aren't beautiful enough, then you will attract partners who also believe you aren't beautiful for them.

The "law of attraction" states you get what you think about; your thoughts determine your destiny.If YOU think you're not beautiful enough...this undermines your confidence in yourself so what are other people going to think? If you walk around with your head held high in a confident manner, you will attract the right men. And if this Scorp is at all worth it, he will see right through you and know you are a person just like him. Being a Cap myself, I struggled with insecurities when I was younger...trust me, it gets so much better with age! Believe that you are beautiful and LIVE IT! Keep your head up! 🙂

Yes, that's what I'm afraid of P-Angel 😢 He complaints about not being able to find a girlfriend, but I think it has more to do with keeping score 😢

Actually, this is something that I've struggled with for a while now. It's so funny ... one minute, I can have all the confidence in the world, then the next minute, my confidence goes down to zero -- especially if someone comments on something I'm insecure about. I don't know why, but I'm working on that part of myself. Something happen like five years ago that caused me to lose an excessive amount of confidence -- but don't worry, I trying to get better ^_^.

That would be nice -- maybe I should try that Shortrock. Like I said, my confidence levels are very bipolar(heh). One minute I feel like a rock and the next minute I don't. Hopefully he will see something in me. Honestly, I always attract "bad boys" and this guy seems to be good and I want him -- not because he seems to be good, but because I adore his personality and I'm attracted to him.

I like that idea Lady M! Well, to be more honest. I've gained about 10 pounds and it's hard for me to fit into some of my clothes. It sucks because I haven't had time to cook and for the last month in a half, it's been fastfood constantly.

At the moment, I'm kinda back on track when it comes to health but there are still other things I'm trying to improve on with healthy eating and working out.

Actually, I'm at work right now and he will be coming in like 20 minutes. Yes, I'm in my typically Tomboy stuff but I don't want to change my looks all of a sudden because then I will be way too obvious.
