Well my daughter is a Scorpio and basically what I’ve noticed is she wants cuddling when she wants it & NOT when she doesn’t. Not sure it would makes sense to others, just about how she’s feeling.
Also as her mom when she’s upset and I try to hug her she doesn’t want it because she’s holding it together & is afraid she’ll fall apart the second she’s hugged. When she’s ready she loves the hugs.

I don't know where the op get this information from but honestly from my perspective I never know any scorpios of any kind that would include cuddles on their radar. And believe me when I say this>>> I know tons of scorpio women. They just got that sort of a resting bitch face that if you even so much as get close to them it's almost a sure fire bet you'll get slapped. They love their privacy and value that with passion.
