Nor Scorpio nor Gemini is stronger. Just like the other 12 signs. I have known gems and scorps at odds with eachother. These two never truly understand eachother. Scorp no matter how much credit it is given can crush the gem. No matter what, scorps' plans are always seen through by the tricky gems and Scorpio on the other hand always foils gemini's clever tactics. Scorpio can be chatted away and lead the wrong way by the gemini but not for long. And there will always be a time when the gemini strangles the scorpio's relentless stings when they've(gems) have had enough. Scorpio is known to have the last word but gemini does not let anyone harm them or play them for too long. Scorpio too wont let gemini play games with them for too long. In the final inning these two give up on eachother totally or makeup if the bond is strong.

There are more to people than there astrological signs so yes, anyone can be strong/weak. However, from personal experience Geminis are too flighty. Can't focus on any one thing too long. They have usually moved on when they're stung by the Scorp, then they're quickly reminded that there's a conflict here. Because the characteristics are so different I honestly don't see this happening. That type of lack of commitment to anything is usually a turn off to me so I really don't take the Geminis I know seriously enough to even get to the point where it could be determined. That would be a waste of time. So again, I don't see this happening. What's in it for the Scorp to gain? Scorp's are very methodical so really, I think most would think this would be a headache to avoid.
