is this normal scorpio man behaviour ?

i work with a scorpio guy, he' s so friendly with everybody, cracks jokes and very talkative, anyways a few weeks ago i hanged out with him , we had a nice conversation until he told me sth i didnt like, i didnt comment on it but the atmosphere changed and we talked normally afterwards like nothing happened, i stayed freindly to him but kept my distance from him, now when i talk to him he's aloof sometimes and cheerful on other times(when i talk to him after ignoring him), and when i ignore him( if i come early to work and get busy i dont have time to talk), he keeps on staring at me and is very quiet, i just wanna be friends with him i dont get it can u plz help me ?

maybe it is you thats making things from what it seems quite strange or weird as well as over thinking things. he's probably just wondering what he done to make you seem this way. Just talk with him tell him what's up I'm sure he will be understanding.... unless he's not at the point in his life yet.

thank you for your advices but i dont want to talk about that subject ,because basically he asked me to check my schedule to go to his place with him? and since he jokes alot i thought he was but when i looked at him he wasnt joking he had a serious face, he offended me by say that, because i didnt flirt with him or showed any signs of wanting a thing with him. But now its awkward
