leos love to please people.. help people... leos are naturally charismatic and love hanging out with family and friends and having a great time.. Scorpios pay way too much attention to the small things and from what i have seen(my brother is a leo and was married to a scorpio woman) if a leo doesnt breath like a scorpio, its a problem, if a leo is having too much of a good time with others, its a problem, if a leo doesnt react to something in the same manner a scorpio does, its a problem... and scorpios have a tendency to be too secretive and for what? its ok to live and let loose, have fun... bottom line a scorpio would be too focused on trying to change a leo or "sting" or whatever the hell they call it or compete for no reason and seem to hold grudges for little things.

Now im only speaking on a leo man/scorpio woman relationship.

I believe a scorpio man/leo woman has a better chance to work.

Actually the problem is the ego of both involved. Both are intense and compelling signs. Neither are without a fair share of attention from the opposite sex. And neither are easily able to back down and will defend their corners viciously.
There are actually quite a few examples of Leo men and scorp women... Probably easier than the other way, but there are DXP'ers who've made this combo work SM & LF

And if I was being snarky I would respond to your scorpio stingyness by saying that the first person a leo likes to please is himself 😛

i dont know where in the world you got "overfed housecat-only interested in tidbits and being petted" from all that i wrote.

A Scorpio woman will LOVE a Leo guy's lightheartedness and leadership. A Scorpio woman does NOT like a weak guy. A Scorpio man will love a Leo woman the same way, but he will want to be in charge of the relationship and in most cases, he is. And the Leo woman will not stand for that. She is the Queen and she likes to dominate others. A Scorpio man is NEVER dominated by anybody. To quote Linda Goodman: "The Leo woman thinks she's in control, the Scorpio man KNOWS he's in control."

My brother was a Sun Cancer with no Leo in his Chart. From my point of view I observed the same things with them.

To those who say a man should.... Of course, he should. And he does it too. But that takes energy from them. As if the couple has no better goals to set. They fight on the obvious.

Has nobody here been with a Leo man? Is there any real experience to share instead of just reading through the charts.

I dated one on and off for a year. It's an intense pairing. Mine was a little bit 'damaged' to put it politely and he couldn't commit but didn't want to let go either. We had a sun square and both have fixed moons (he is a Leo/ Leo I'm Scorp/ Tau) and his Gem mars and my leeb venus played well together 😄
Another nice aspect was our sextile merc Virgo to scorp.
But it all fell apart in the end... Mostly due to pride and our individual insecurities.

I've also had a fling with another Leo on and off for 3 years.

In a nutshell- lots of drama, fierce attraction, very strong connection with each other.

If that ^^ sounds like the kinda thing you are after then go for it... Life is short, test drive a Leo
