Let go of the control

Not sure if its control or what it is the Scorpio I'm working with watches me like a hawk the first Scorpio used to do it to me as well. Why can't you Scorpios let go of your control and keep your nose out of things, I can't get mad at her but I'm thinking to myself really I do know what I'm doing.

What I mean is why do you Scorpios like to get your nose into other peoples business but somebody tries to do it to you.... This Scorpio I'm working with is always watching what I'm doing and she gets her 2 cents in, all I can say to myself really? Let me do my job. I can't get mad at her I know she's just being a Scorpio the first Scorpio did the same thing constantly you try give them back what they are giving you they don't like it. You doubt their abilities or doubt they can do their job properly is a blow to their self confidence.

As the months go by working with the second Scorpio I'm seeing the same traits and behaviors, different person exact same traits, yes some of the Scorpio traits can be annoying the control issues is one of them.
