Libra/Scorpio cusp

I'm asking for trouble as I am now starting to date yet another scorpio. I have learned from my previous scorpio to recognize some of the traits, however this one is different. His birthday falls on october 24th which is the start of the Libra/Scorpio cusp. I don't really know too much about cusps and was hoping someone could give me a little insight. Any information in appreciated.

ATLANTIC MYST-----------PLEASE ELABORATE on this because I notice this as well. Do you find this true of both the male and female cuspers?? If so, how?

And Roz, my B-day's October 24th, but I thought that that day was outside the Libra/Scorpio cusp (which runs from October 19-23).
I'm not sure if I believe in cusps though, because it could just be my libra rising?

With his birthday being on the 24th, I guess he falls into that grey area of the cusp. I found a few other sites that list all the way up to the 29th as possible "cusp"

i belive im righ ton the scorpio/sag cusp. (nov 21)

ive heard there is no such thing as cusps really, because since you are born at a particular time the planets are in a particular position and so there isnt really a scorpio/sag constellation, my sun is fully in scorpio not half & half. but i dont know, i like to think ive got some sagittarius in me.
what do you all think?
