Hey Candle Girl/Kennyg, how are things going with you? I read on the Libra board that during this time you shouldn't make any important decisions...could anyone explain to me why? I'm very curious about certain phases.

Well Mercury retrograde is like everything is going great, but the brick wall is looking you in the face, you can either slowly sneak up on it and move around it, or blast into it hoping it was only a padded cell!

How it going Scorp guy? My Scorp guy is off with his friends this weekend and I am being my artsy fartsy self!

Hey Candle Girl, just woke up -- had a late night out. 😉 I went to a party with my co-worker, it was madness. Not my kind of thing at all.

I think I've moved on from the Libra guy I was talking to. He was gone for a week to audition for a job as a dancer in something. During that time I had time to get a rest from calling and talking to him. We talked on Wednesday, and I didn't feel the same way as I usually do when I talk to him. However, I've recently started talking to a Scorpio (Nov. 1). 🙂

My Scorpio is my blanket, call it passive, aggressive, but my Libra self is very, very out there sometimes. Not a bad thing for an artist, but even so, my Scorpio is a rock, and sometimes a rockhead. I call him my idiot boy sometimes. Love comes in different ways to some people. I was married to an Aries and what can I say, the passion, the explosions, the hurt, the making up, were fabulous, but exhausting.

Aww, that sounds so sweet, Candle Girl. 🙂 Last time I posted I thought I was over him, but alas I'm not. We're going on our first date on Saturday. I'm taking him to an interactive Murdery Mystery dinner theatre. Sounds fun, I'm nervous/excited.

Phoenix I only meant it with kindness!!! What do you think about Scorpio and Libra relationship's. I have a lot of Scorpio friends I seem to gravate toward people who are 'no nonense' and no crapola!!!
How are you doing by the way? I'm waiting for my publisher to start publicity for my book, when that happens I will let you know about it. I figure Mercury retro had a hand in having to wait a bit longer.

my new friend went into hiding, and i just wanted to know if I should give him time, or space or to give myself a vacation.. I like the tropics!!

Well, let's see. My Scorpio gives me lots of space, but that was part of our initial mating/dating dance. I had lived by myself and still require time by myself. We have different interests, he plays golf and goes once a month to play with his buddies. Of course we have a lot of things in common, but the truth is we respect each other and let the other person be their true self.
Does this make sense? I will be happy to answer and questions you have!

I'm confused.. What do you mean? Do they like to be alone all the time, or do they just require lots of space?

My scorp friend finally came out of hiding temporarily yesterday. He rang me up, and let me know that he's been having a really odd time lately, so he's just dealing with his own issues right now. Then he went back into hiding... but he said it would be okay with him if I rang him up, but he may not get back to me for a while. so misterious his character..but i'll respect his wishes.. don't want to intrude by asking him why..but i'm soooo.. curious!! I guess I'll have to wait until he offers, he's usually very open and honest too.

Hey yeah, im right with ya girls. Sounds like you guys have reached all round good agreements with your partners/potential partners. I would agree with the space thing, a scorp does not like to be coaxed out of hiding. Never disturb a scorp in his or her shell... NEVER! I think they like to see how we (the mere mortal 'others') can cope on our own, lol.

Jaya, i get the whole instant attraction/familiarity thing with them too. It's strange. I put it down to my north node in pisces.

They're a funny lot. They are never quite what they seem. If they appear to be one thing on the outside, you can bet they're another on the inside. Oh yeah, and i think it's soo cool to not understand something, but respect it.

Hi libra girl thanks for the vote of confidence..It's something I probably needed to hear..as for me and this scorp friend, I'll continue with my back against the wall where he is concerned..I have not heard one fully honest thing come out of his mouth lately, which means as far as I'm concerned that, he's as good as out of my life. No trust in half truths. It's funny that we started out so well, and so comfortably, and then suddenly all of these half truths came in to roost. He should already know that half truths against shrewd examination will never stand. How will I trust him after half truths? simple answer is that ..it can not fly.

it sucks..because I really did like his personally, and want to get to know him..before the chronic half truths set in.

It sounds weird that he started off so well and now he's gone all funny. I don't know what you mean about 'half truths'? I would need to know more about him before i made a further assessment.

The thing is, i have met scorpio guys i have really liked and i have met scorpio women i have gotten along with also. I really felt like i had a connection type thing with that scorpio girl i was talking about earlier this year but no can do fondue. I am still trying to work out what she was up to. I guess i am at the stage where i have given up. I think the moral of the story is that an instant attraction could be just that, instant. Something more enduring may be difficult to sustain though.

I don't know. Give us further updates. I understand the familarity thing though, but i have recently felt an amazing pang for an aries, and i have felt that connection thing with taureans and aquarians in the past also, so maybe it's just us 😉 Pisceans too i feel an afinity with, but it's more of a spiritual thing, based on friendship rather than lust. Actually, a few (3 that i can think of) of the best friends i have had, in my life, have been pisceans.

Oh anyway, right off the track, but i have always said the scenic route is better than the tried and true.

I've "had it" with most Scorps. I'm tired of the mind games, secrecy, paranoia and the damn petty jealousies. Even my brother who is a classic Scorp refuses to warm up to me--we will always be estranged and it's because of him. So I feel for Lola.

I can't believe your brother won't warm up to you. You should just continue to be nice to him and let him realise he's the one with the problem. Those scorpio people i am working for are annoying me more and more.

She went and told him off but i still don't trust her. She'll turn when it suits her. Now they are making me invoice them both (as their organisation) for the work i do with only her and another guy. Again, they are trying to take over everything: they're even making me invoice them for an unrelated event, even though they use that event to promote their "joint" venture. I wish i could make the final break and oppose them fully because i am sick of their regime, they make me sick. Sorry for turning this around to my problem, i just had to vent. When will they stop? When they have everything? What really annoys me is that nobody else can see what they're doing. IT's going to be like a Bush scenario, before we all know it (in our industry), they will have taken over and everyone will wonder why. They have the power to ruin somebodies career' they already have. I really want to resign but i am studying and i need the money. Maybe ill do it anyway.
